Finance was managed through QuickBooks Online, procurement through Point Purchasing, and CRM through Google Sheets. Manual processes were heavily relied upon, with Excel serving as the main tool for reporting. Solution

We implemented NetSuite as a unified ERP platform to streamline and connect all core business processes. NetSuite replaced QuickBooks Online and Point Purchasing, consolidating finance, procurement, inventory management, and order management under one system. The project scope included:
